Cancellation policy

PrimerDeck offers one subscription: Library Access, a monthly or yearly membership that gives you every guide in the library for as long as the membership runs.

You can cancel at any time from your account, or by emailing info@primerdeck.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep access until then and you are not charged again. We do not refund a period that has already started.

Guides you bought separately are yours to keep and are not affected by cancelling the membership.

All other PrimerDeck products are single digital purchases, delivered immediately after checkout. See our Refund Policy and Terms of Service for how immediate digital delivery affects the statutory right of withdrawal.
