Digital delivery only

All PrimerDeck products are digital. We don't ship physical items. There are no delivery fees, no customs, no waiting.

How you receive your product

After checkout:

1. You'll see a download link on the order confirmation page immediately.
2. You'll also receive an email with the same download link within 1–2 minutes.
3. Download links remain active for 60 days. If you need a new link after that, email us.

File formats

• Guides — PDF. Works on phone, tablet, desktop, and e-readers (Kindle, Kobo).
• Audiobooks — MP3 download + streaming link.
• Courses — access via your PrimerDeck account on any device with internet.

First — check your spam/junk folder. The email comes from info@primerdeck.com.

Still nothing? Email info@primerdeck.com with your order number and we'll get you sorted within a few hours (usually minutes).
