These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of primerdeck.com ("Site") and any digital products you purchase from PrimerDeck ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms.
1. About us
PrimerDeck is a digital-products publisher established in the Netherlands.

2. Orders and payment
Prices are in EUR and include any applicable VAT. Payment is taken at checkout via our payment providers. Your order is confirmed by a confirmation email.
3. Delivery of digital products
All products on this Site are digital. Delivery is immediate: a download link is shown on the order confirmation page and emailed to you. If you do not receive your link within 15 minutes, check your spam folder, then email info@primerdeck.com.
4. Licence and personal use
When you buy a PrimerDeck product, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publicly post the content. The copyright remains with PrimerDeck.
5. EU right of withdrawal — important
Under EU Directive 2011/83 (Consumer Rights Directive), EU consumers normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. This right does not apply to digital content delivered immediately, provided you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal.
By completing checkout and downloading the product, you (a) give express consent to immediate performance, and (b) acknowledge you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of the Directive. This notice is shown to you before you place your order.
6. If something goes wrong
If a download fails, a file is corrupted, or a product is materially different from its description, contact info@primerdeck.com. We will replace the product, issue a credit, or refund you where appropriate. Your statutory consumer rights under Dutch and EU law remain unaffected. See our Refund Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use our content or site for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to access areas you are not authorised to access
- Copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute our content
- Use our content to harass, threaten, or harm others
8. Disclaimer
Our guides provide general information and perspectives. They are not legal, medical, financial, or relationship advice. For personal decisions, consult a qualified professional. We do our best to be accurate, but we make no warranties that the content will produce any specific outcome.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Site or a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including text, images, guides, audio, and video — is owned by PrimerDeck or licensed to us. You may not use, copy, or adapt any content without written permission, except for your personal use as permitted in Section 4.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the Site. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
