Refund policy

Our approach to refunds

Every PrimerDeck product is delivered digitally and immediately. Because of that, we ask you to read the product description and FAQ carefully before you purchase — that's where we tell you exactly what's inside, who the guide is for, and who it isn't for.

If something genuinely doesn't deliver — a download doesn't work, files are corrupted, content is materially different from what we promised — email info@primerdeck.com. We read every reply and we will make it right. That can be a replacement file, a credit toward a future release, or a refund where appropriate.

EU statutory rights

Under EU Directive 2011/83 (Consumer Rights Directive), EU consumers normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from online purchases. For digital content delivered immediately, this right does not apply once you have given express consent to immediate performance and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal.

By completing checkout and downloading the product, you (a) give express consent to immediate performance, and (b) acknowledge you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of the Directive. This notice is shown to you before you place your order.

How to contact us about a problem

  1. Email info@primerdeck.com from the address you used at checkout.
  2. Include your order number (it's in your confirmation email — starts with #).
  3. Tell us briefly what went wrong. We respond within one business day.

Statutory consumer protection

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Dutch and EU law. If you believe your statutory rights have not been respected, contact us first — we will resolve it. If you remain dissatisfied, you have the right to complain to your national consumer protection authority.
