Delete your PrimerDeck account

This page is for the PrimerDeck app and website by Nexus E-Com B.V.

In the app: open Account, then Privacy and your data, then Delete my account. We record the request with a date and delete your account within 30 days. You can also send the request to info@primerdeck.com from the email address of your account.

What is deleted: your account, your orders' link to you, your reading record, your notes to our editors, your saved guides and your notification settings. Downloaded files on your phone are removed when you sign out. Invoices are kept for seven years as the tax law requires, without your reading data.

You can export your data first, in the app under the same screen.
